Strawberry-Rhubarb Dump Cake
An easy dessert that is the perfect combination of sweet and tart.

- 3 Cups Strawberries, Sliced
- 3 Cups Rhubarb, Sliced (1 inch slices)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1 Pkg (3.2oz) Strawberry Gelatin Powder
- 1 White Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Butter, sliced into 12 pieces
Pre-Heat oven to 350ºF
Slice Strawberries and Rhubard and place into a greased 9x13 baking dish and press down.
Sprinkle with gelatin powder and sugar and drizzle honey and water over the top of that.
Pour dry cake mix over the top.
Top with butter slices
Bake at 350ºF for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
