Strawberry-Rhubarb Dump Cake

An easy dessert that is the perfect combination of sweet and tart.

  • 3 Cups Strawberries, Sliced
  • 3 Cups Rhubarb, Sliced (1 inch slices)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 Pkg (3.2oz) Strawberry Gelatin Powder
  • 1 White Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, sliced into 12 pieces


  • Pre-Heat oven to 350ºF
  • Slice Strawberries and Rhubard and place into a greased 9x13 baking dish and press down.
  • Sprinkle with gelatin powder and sugar and drizzle honey and water over the top of that.
  • Pour dry cake mix over the top.
  • Top with butter slices
  • Bake at 350ºF for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
